Located in the Tuscan hills 15 minutes west of Lucca this beautifully restored 18th century Tuscan farmhouse is surrounded by 35 acres of olive groves and vineyards. The grounds and gardens are perfectly manicured and are filled with an abundance of flowers and typical Mediterranean herbs. Casa Anna has recently been restored by some of the finest craftsmen in Tuscany with respect to the homes Tuscan traditions and the highest standard of comfort.

The house is filled with light and inviting open spaces and offers luxurious living both indoors and out. The interior architecture is modern yet rustic with furnishings highlighted by wooden ceiling beams, the warmth of four fireplaces, and four pairs of double French doors open outward to the pergola furnished with a dining area and comfortable outdoor furniture. The large pool is located below the pergola in a sunny location with views over the rolling hills.

From here one can enjoy daily town life in the walled city of Lucca, the beach resorts of Forte dei Marmi (30 minutes) or spend the day in Florence (45 minutes).
