Civitella is a large Tuscan farmhouse rental located between Florence. and Arezzo, in the northern Val di Chiana. This newly restored Italian villa rental is an excellent choice for a large group or a family reunion.

The house comfortably accommodates 16-18 guests with eight bedrooms and four baths. The interiors are family friendly and comfortable in a typical Tuscan style. The modern kitchen hosts a large six burner cook top, two ovens and a dishwasher.

The pool is located in a sunny spot surrounded by a large lawn and is furnished with lounge chairs and a shady pergola. The property’s proximity to the A-1 highway (main north-south) allows for easy reach of the historic towns of Florence (40 min.) Arezzo (20 min) and Siena 1 hour.
