The Villa Acquaviva has recently been restored (2004) to its original splendor after long and careful renovation. This 17th century villa is set on a hill and is surrounded by 30 acres of vineyards; olive groves and well maintained gardens. The swimming pool is located in a panoramic position with views on the rolling hills.
The well-traveled owners have furnished the home with lovely antiques and accessories creating a comfortable atmosphere. Located a short distance from the hill town of Montepulciano, famous for its medieval streets and for the production of one of the most prestigious wines in Tuscany the “vino nobile di Montepulciano” Pienza, Cortona, San Quirico d'Orcia are all within easy reach, making it an ideal destination from which to enjoy the essence of southern Tuscany. The caretaker lives on the property in small house within the grounds.
