Casa Flippo is charming Tuscan villa rental located in the heart Chianti area. This ancient building was originally a 9th century watch tower, now it has been transformed into a comfortable family friendly rental, offering a beautiful peaceful setting.

Located 30 minutes south of Florence surrounded by the history, beauty and stunning views of the Chianti this wonderful location offers excellent touring opportunities of the many wineries and enchanting hill towns of the area.

The Gardens that surround the house are well maintained with a large grassy areas and a covered pergola with dining area furnished with pizza oven. The pool is located in a sunny position behind the house and has stunning views over the rolling Chianti hills.

Dining-room with fireplace, up three steps and you come to the living-room , kitchen, dining-room with fireplace, small living-room with satellite-TV, 1 bathroom with shower, store-room with sink and washing-machine.

Second Floor

Four double bedrooms, 3 bathrooms with shower.
Up a flight of steps and you come to the tower where you will find a twin bedroom without a door this room is best suited for children as it is very small.

Arrivals and Departures

Saturday Arrival: from 3 pm to 6 pm/Departure no later than 10:00 AM.
