Villa Maria is a lovely classic Tuscany villa positioned below the historic town of Cortona. This home can comfortably accommodate up to 20 guests with 10 bedrooms and 8 baths, making this an ideal accommodation for a large family or group of friends. Cortona located 1 km from the house can be reached on foot in 20 minutes or by car in less than 5 minutes. This expansive private estate is set on the hillside with western exposure offering stunning views on the valley and amazing “water-color” sunsets. The home is furnished with numerous family antiques amid a comfortable traditional Tuscan décor. Directly in front of the villa is a large tree lined terrace furnished with an umbrella and comfortable furniture a wonderful spot for morning coffee or a glass of wine as you watch the setting sun. The pool is located on a paved terrace below the villa with a shaded area and a small cabana with a summer kitchen. Directly below the pool is full size tennis court. (rackets and tennis balls not provided).The remaining terraces are planted with a variety of fig, pear trees, flower gardens and a huge olive grove are very fun to explore. All this only minutes from Cortona, offering fantastic dining ,shopping and festivals throughout the year.

Third Floor

Sitting area at top of stairs with couch and 2 chairs, with large armoire. Small balcony at end of hall overlooking gardens, Two queen bedrooms, one ensuite with shower, one bath with hand held shower, three twin bedded rooms, one with small bath and hand held shower.

Guest Cottage

Guest cottage is located next to the villa. Living room with fire place ,small kitchen ,bedroom with king size bed , bathroom with small tub and hand held shower.
