The pool is located on a terrace above the house and is furnished with high quality furniture and a covered pergola. The gardens are well manicured with an abundance of flowers and grassy areas and shady pergolas to dine outdoors or enjoy a glass of wine.

First Floor

Kitchen with dining area and access to wisteria covered pergola with dining for 10, 2 double bedrooms each with en suite shower room, small living room with TV. An iron staircase leads to a lower level with a second large living room with comfortable sofas and a fireplace. There is a full bathroom off this living room. These rooms have traditional Tuscan terracotta floors and timber and tile ceilings.

Second Floor

A wrought iron staircase leads down to shower room and large double bedroom with tiled floor. Leading from the bedroom is a further living room with TV, polished wooden floors and doors to patio with wisteria covered pergola. Also at this level, accessed from the patio, is a laundry room with washing machine, laundry table, extra refrigerator and separate shower room.

Third Floor

2 spacious double bedrooms with polished wooden floors and shared shower room.

Arrivals and Departures

Saturday Arrival: from 4 pm to 6 pm/Departure between 9 am–10 am.

Security Deposit

$500.00 US dollars to be made out to Italian Town and Country LLC. The deposit will be returned 15 days after departure providing no damages have occurred.
