Podere is a  Tuscany farmhouse rental located in a panoramic position with expansive views overlooking the Val di Chio. Close to the hill towns of Castiglion Fiorentino and Cortona. This ancient structure dates to the 19th century and has been completely restored by the current owners and is now a comfortable holiday house.

This Italian rental offers complete privacy yet within easy reach of shopping, restaurants and cultural and touring the many hill towns that Tuscany is so famous for. Podere comfortably sleeps six to eight guests, and consists of three bedrooms and three baths. The gardens are well kept with lavender, rosemary and flowers.

The pool set in a sunny location taking advantage of the breathtaking views and is furnished with umbrellas and good quality lounge chairs.

Second Floor

Sitting area with double sofa bed, double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower, twin bedroom, bathroom with shower and tub, double bedroom.

First floor access is via an outside staircase and a loggia with lovely views or by an internal wooden staircase.

Saturday Arrival: from 3 pm to 6 pm/Departure no later than 10:00 AM
