Villa Rosa is an excellent Tuscany villa rental for groups wanting the peace and quite of the county side yet close enough to walk to town. The home is located near the famous town of Panzano in Chianti. Panzano can easily be reached on foot in less that fifteen minutes and offers excellent dining, Sunday morning market, shopping and cultural events through out the year.

The location of this charming hill town is ideal, half way between Florence and Siena making day trips to these historic cities quite easy. The house comfortably sleeps 11+2 with the addition of a sofa bed located in the basement with its own entrance and bathroom. The house is furnished in a simple yet comfortable Tuscan style.

The villa is surrounded by wonderful gardens of olive trees, flowers and herbs. The very charming grounds keeper stops in daily to water and maintain the plants and enjoys sharing the fruits and vegetables with the guests. The pool is located in a panoramic position overlooking the countryside and is furnished with a pergola and lounge chairs. The property is secured by electric security gate.
