Sinalunga is a classic Tuscan farmhouse located in a private panoramic position over looking vineyards and the rolling hills of southern Tuscany.

This home is an excellent choice for a group of friends or a family gathering. The furnishings are of a simple style and very family friendly. This Tuscan rental is comprised of a mainfarmhouse and a guest cottage, and can accommodate up to 16 guests, with 8 bed rooms and 8.5 baths.

In the outdoor area there is a large terrace with pergola that is furnished with dining table and barbeque. The large pool is located on a lower terrace overlooking the valley and is wonderful spot to relax and enjoy the views.

The location is excellent base for touring the many enchanting hill towns of this region, from Pienza, Montepulciano, Siena and Cortona. The village of Sinalunga is 5 kilometers from the property and offers restaurants, shopping and a large weekly market on Tuesday.

This floor can be reached by means of two different staircases, one which enters at the front and the other at the back; both connect with the downstairs living room. On one side there are two double bedrooms with en suite bathrooms with shower, a twin bedroom and a bathroom with shower. On the other side, a double bedroom with ensuite bathroom with shower, a twin bedroom with ensuite bathroom with shower, a twin bedroom and a bathroom with shower. Cottage: Double bedroom and bathroom with shower.
