Valina is a newly restored Tuscany villa located in the Southeastern Tuscan countryside. The home is situated on a small knoll overlooking the rolling hills of this important grape  growning region.

The owners have taken great care in creating a warm and inviting atmosphere with all modern amenities. Large arched windows and doors take full advantage of the amazing views towardsMontepulciano and Lake Trasiemeno. Valina is a good choice for 3 couples or a small family with all 3 bedrooms being en-suite. The location is within easy reach of the historic hill towns ofCortona, Montepulciano and the shores of Lake Trasiemeno, as well as good access to the main highways.

The pool is located below the house and is surrounded by vineyards and is furnished with lounge chairs and a shady pergola with dining table .The garden offers a seasonable vegetable garden and fruit trees which the guests are welcome to.
