that characterize the Chianti region, located 3 kms. from the town Cerbaia and little more than 30 minutes from Florence, the property is set within a private estate surrounded by vineyards, olive groves and  manicured grounds.

The owners have transformed this former simple farmhouse into a comfortable rental while still retaining its rustic charm. The furniture and accessories are comfortably elegant without being fussy offering a relaxed atmosphere. The house can comfortably accommodate ten guests in five bedrooms and four baths.

This Tuscan rental enjoys a breathtaking location and assures outstanding views and tranquility. Cerbaia is an excellent base for complete relaxation, but also for exploring the villages in the Chianti area and the famous art cities of Siena and Florence.
The caretaker and his wife live within the grounds in their own Home and are available to give advice or help, while fully respecting the guests’ privacy.

Saturday Arrival: from 3 pm to 6 pm/Departure no later than 10:00 AM.
